Graduate of UCLA with BA in Business Economics, Tim started his Insurance and Financial Services career with New York Life in Los Angeles in 1994.  After numerous achievements, Tim entered management in 1999.  In his first year as a manager, he was recognized as number one Sales Manager among his class.

In 2002, Tim transferred to New Jersey to build team of Financial Service Professionals and to expand its market.  Since then, Tim implemented infrastructures and contributed success of New Jersey GO with consistent growth in productions, number of active advisors and developed number of management personnel.  Tim was top 25 partners for 3 consecutive years before being promoted to the Senior Partner in 2006.

In 2018, Tim had the opportunity to return to the Los Angeles GO, where he started his Financial Services career, and took on the role of Senior Partner to build and develop a team of Financial Service Professionals and Financial Advisors within the Los Angeles vicinity.

Gloria has been in the Financial Services industry for 23 years.  She became an insurance professional in 1989 helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals by providing strategies and solutions to simplify and enhance the quality of her clients' lives.  After 7 years of serving her community as a successful agent, she opened the Wilshire Insurance School in Los Angeles to service the insurance community at large by providing pre-requisite insurance education and licensing opportunities.

In 2002, she was recruited by a major company and was quickly promoted into a management position in less than a year.  Currently, as a Partner at the Los Angeles General Office, Gloria is committed to recruiting and developing a diverse team of highly motivated individuals who share her passion to help make an impact in their communities.

Gloria obtained and maintains the following licenses: FINRA Series 6,7,63,66 and Series 24 registrations, CA Insurance  Lic # 0803921.

Susan joined New York Life in 2002 bringing with her nearly 18 years of training, sales and management experience in the financial services industry.  After quickly progressing through the Administrative Manager Trainee program in the Central California General Office, Susan was appointed as the Administrative Manager in the rising Stockton General Office.   When expansion of General Offices in Southern California took place in 2013, Susan was offered an exciting opportunity to return to the southland, where she was born and raised, and to join the dynamic management team in the Los Angeles General Office.

As the Corporate Vice President-Field Service Leader, Susan leads the new business and agency administration service teams and works closely with agents, managers, consultants, regional and Home Office personnel to ensure business is processed efficiently and that customer and associate business needs are well-served .  “I could not have designed a more fulfilling career.  Life Insurance provides financial security for families and for the continuation of businesses during the most difficult of times – after they have experienced the loss of a loved one.  I am privileged to work in such a noble industry and also immensely proud to be associated with New York Life Insurance, a company with a 170+ year history of financial strength, integrity and humanity.”

Susan has been married to Eric Jackson since 1987 and they have one daughter, Natalie Rae, a graduate of SUNY Maritime College in New York City and currently a Lieutenant/Aviation Weapons System Officer in the United States Navy.  In her spare time, Susan enjoys movies, photography, winery touring and devotes time to local animal rescue/welfare efforts all while continuing her exploration of the myriad of cultural and historical offerings that abound in this vibrant city.

As Senior Director of Development, Anthony is in charge of ensuring that New York Life and its agents are well positioned to market themselves and to maintain our commitment to the communities we serve. Our position of strength, integrity and humanity are the cornerstone of everything we do. We are committed to our communities and to our policyholders. Anthony joined New York Life in the Portland Oregon General office in 1997. In his roles as Field Service Representative for the Portland and Salem General offices, his duties were to ensure that all agents had the technical tools to properly service their clients. In the fall of 2000 he was asked to join the San Diego General Office as a Development manager. One year later he was promoted to the Idaho General Office as Sales Development Manager, and then again in 2007 to the Inland Empire General Office as Director of Development. In 2008, Anthony was asked to take on a newly created role, Market Development Director to the Greater San Francisco Office for our MEGA office operations, where he was in charge of agency and agent branding / marketing for the Downtown SF, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Fremont Offices. As Director of Marketing, Anthony was intrumental in creating and supporting the expansion of our Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual and Transgender Market. In January of 2013, Anthony was asked to join the Los Angeles office as Senior Director of Development. In September of 2015, Anthony was promoted to an M1 role in charge of all training and development for the Los Angeles General Offices with locations in Los Angeles, Santa Monica and Koreatown. Anthony's role is to assist the Los Angeles office with creating marketing, branding and development opportunities for its insurance and financial professionals. He is also in charge of creating target market opportunities. Anthony resides in West Hollywood with his partner Robert.

James began his career as an agent with New York Life in 1997 in the Los Angeles Office. In 2001, James became Agency Standards Consultant. In that capacity, James assumed the responsibility for making sure that agents and managers meet the strict regulations and rules of integrity as prescribed by the company and the various agencies that watch over them. He is very effective in making certain we meet compliance standards.
