Kyle W. Jahng, CLF®, ChFC®, commenced his tenure with New York Life in December 2002 as a Partner at the Manhattan, NY Office. In 2007, he earned a promotion to Senior Partner.
Two years later, in 2009, he relocated to Tennessee's largest General Office to serve as Managing Partner. During his leadership, he successfully doubled the office's total production, manpower, and significantly improved the agency's retention, placing it among the top five leading offices in the South-Central Zone. While in Tennessee, Mr. Jahng notably expanded the New Organization of Agents, tripling their production within their first 36 months. His achievements led to his appointment as Managing Partner of the Southern Connecticut General Office in 2016, where he continued to drive recruiting, agent development and production growth.
In 2018, Mr. Jahng was promoted to Corporate Vice President in the Pacific Zone, where he oversaw the recruitment and development of 170 managers and over 3,000 agents. His passion for mentoring Partners, Senior Partners, and Managing Partners was evident in his work. In 2021, he assumed the leadership of the Greater Oregon Agency as Managing Partner, responsible for the entire Oregon state.
