Elaine began her career at New York Life in the Mid-Wilshire Sales Office, initially joining as a temporary employee. Over the past eight years, she has grown with the company, including her time as a temp. Elaine started in the New Business department and, just over two years ago, transitioned to a role in Contracting, Licensing, Registration, and Administration.

In her current position, Elaine has streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and ensured compliance with industry regulations. Her expertise in licensing, registration and onboarding has been instrumental in supporting the sales team and maintaining the company's high standards.

Elaine moved to California in 2011 to study photography at the Art Institute. She is passionate about photography and graphic design, which provide a creative balance to her professional life.

Originally from Hawai'i, Elaine now resides in Long Beach with her significant other and his family.

In her leisure time, Elaine enjoys video gaming, watching horror movies, and listening to crime podcasts.

Elaine aspires to continue her growth within New York Life, aiming for leadership roles where she can mentor others and contribute to the company's success on a larger scale.
