Daumonique Lenhardt-Smith has joined New York Life as an Associate Service Leader in the Los Angeles General Office where she will be completing her training before assuming a Service leader position in her own office soon.

Daumonique graduated from the University of Southeast Missouri to receive her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and graduated from Ashford University for her master’s in public administration. This education has benefited her career to deal with procedural knowledge and thinking on her feet under pressure.

Prior to joining New York Life; Daumonique held the position of Regional Operations Manager for ServiceMaster for 13 years. During her time at ServiceMaster, she made a large impact in their operation by creating policies and procedures that drove the business to expand and function at a high and competitive level.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family. Daumonique is originally from Memphis, Tennessee where she served in the agent role before transitioning to Los Angeles for the purpose of ministry and to experience the culture of the West Coast.
